2023年3月公司和泰安寧陽城投公司成立山東城資云星新能源科技有限公司，打造寧陽縣全域充電體系。2023年8月公司在河南鄭州投資成立通達云新能源科技（河南）有限公司，致力于打造鄭州新政全域充電網絡體系。2023年10月泰安云星再次聯合經開集團成立濟南中新云星新能源有限公司，打造濟南區域充電運營商。2024年12月公司設立山東中云智星新能源科技有限公司，搭建全國銷售渠道網絡新平臺。2025年4月公司在新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州和靜縣開發區成立新疆云星鑫電能源科技有限公司，立足新疆，輻射全國及歐洲市場，致力于為新能源充電全業態提供一站式解決方案。2025年8月，公司與山東天意機械股份有限公司強強聯合，共同出資設立新能源充電設施合資公司，同步布局儲能系統集成業務，共同打造高品質、高適配性的充電基礎設施解決方案，賦能新能源汽車產業高質量發展。同年，泰安云星攜手泰安旅發集團靜態科技公司成立合資公司，以泰安為戰略支點，同步發展廈門、甘肅等地，加速布局全國充電服務網絡，充電樁版圖再拓新版圖！

Taian Yunxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Taian Yunxing) is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales, and operation services of new energy electric vehicle charging equipment, as well as related business fields. The company has successively obtained multiple national patents and software copyrights. It can provide a series of professional services for the new energy ecosystem, including project application, solution design, station construction, operation management, and financial support, empowering partners to jointly shape the full range of new energy charging industries.
The company is located in the Zhongjing Intelligent Industrial Park, Ningyang, Taian, at the foot of Mount Tai, the "First of the Five Great Mountains". It covers an area of 6,000 square meters, with an office area of 1,300 square meters. The workshop is equipped with six production lines for AC/DC, wiring harnesses, and accessories.
In March 2023, the company and Taian Ningyang City Investment Company established Shandong Chengzi Yunxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to build a full charging system in Ningyang County. In August 2023, the company invested in and established Tongda Yun New Energy Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. in Zhengzhou, Henan, dedicated to creating a new energy charging network system in Zhengzhou. In October 2023, Taian Yunxing again joined hands with the Economic Development Zone Group to establish Jinan Zhongxin Yunxing New Energy Co., Ltd., aiming to become a regional charging operator in Jinan. In December 2024, the company set up Shandong Zhongyun Zhixing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to build a new platform for national sales channels. In April 2025, the company established Xinjiang Yunxing Xindian Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in the Development Zone of Hejing County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, with the aim of serving the national and European markets from Xinjiang, and providing one-stop solutions for the full range of new energy charging industries. In August 2025, the company joined forces with Shandong Tianyi Machinery Co., Ltd. to establish a new energy charging facilities joint venture, simultaneously laying out the business of energy storage system integration, and jointly creating high-quality and highly adaptable charging infrastructure solutions to empower the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry. In the same year, Taian Yunxing joined hands with Taian Tourism Development Group Static Technology Company to establish a joint venture, taking Taian as a strategic pivot, and simultaneously developing in Xiamen, Gansu and other places, accelerating the layout of the national charging service network, and expanding the new territory of the charging pile map!
